Where is Rio Viejo Events located?
We’re in Marsing, Idaho, right on the Snake River and just outside Idaho’s wine country. It’s an easy drive from Nampa, Caldwell, Homedale, Meridian and Boise in the Treasure Valley.
How many guests can the venue hold?
Our indoor hall holds up to 100 guests. Outdoors, the front pasture and back patio give you extra room to spread out for ceremonies, cocktail hours and mingling.
How big is the indoor space?
About 1,400 square feet of clean, blank-canvas space, ready for your own décor and personal touch.
Is the indoor hall heated and air-conditioned?
Yes. The hall has both heating and cooling, so it’s comfortable for summer receptions and winter parties alike.
Is there a projector or screen?
Yes, a projector and screen are included with the indoor space — great for slideshows, speeches, presentations and movie nights.
What outdoor spaces are available?
A large front pasture lined with landscaping, a newly finished back patio with a bar and sink, and our backyard with panoramic views of the Snake River and the Owyhee Mountains.
What kinds of events do you host?
Any special occasion: weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, graduations, family reunions, celebrations of life, and business meetings or retreats.

How much does it cost to rent the venue?
